Two people are fighting for life after fire ripped through a duplex at Brassall in Ipswich overnight.
Queensland Fire Department says that crews arrived to find the Melville Drive unit fully involved at just after 4am.
Firefighters had to pull one person from the building, with a man and woman in their 60s rushed to Royal Brisbane Hospital in life threatening conditions.

Four others, including three children, were checked over by paramedics at the scene.
Police remain on scene as investigations continue.
