Former Ipswich mayor Paul Pisasale has been released from jail.
The 71-year-old has walked free from Wolston Correctional Centre earlier this week.
The former mayor, dubbed “Mr Ipswich” served around half of his seven-and-a-half-year jail term.

Pisasale was jailed in 2020 for a range of offences, including sexual assault, fraud and corruption.
