Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 41-year-old man reported missing from Ipswich.
The was last seen at approximately 10am on September 13 in Murphy Street.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare as his behaviour is out of character and he has a medical condition.
Police appeal to anyone with information regarding his whereabouts, to contact police.
