Police have charged two people accused of allegedly driving dangerously across parts of Ipswich.
Officers attempted to pull the stolen BMW sedan over in Booval at around 4:30pm on Thursday when it’s alleged the car reversed into the police vehicle before taking off.
The vehicle was later found abandoned in Kedron Brook.
A 25-year-old Harlaxton man and 18-year-old woman were charged at a nearby property at Wooloowin.

The man has been charged with one count each of unlawful use of motor vehicle, dangerous operation of a vehicle, unlicensed driving and stealing and will appear in the Ipswich Magistrates Court today.
The woman has been charged with one count of unlawful use of motor vehicle and stealing and is expected to appear in the Ipswich Magistrates Court on 22 June.
The BMW was reported stolen earlier yesterday afternoon from a Sherwood Road address in Toowong.
