A search is underway to find a 51-year-old man reported missing from Toogoolawah in the Somerset region a week ago.
John Hofsteenge was last seen at a Mangerton Street property at around 1pm on July 14.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character.

John is described as Caucasian, approximately 175cm tall, with brown hair and blue eyes.
He is believed to be travelling in a black Harley Davidson MC, bearing Queensland registration 8-E-S 9-3, and last seen wearing a grey hoodie, black shorts and thongs.
John himself, or anyone with information about his whereabouts has been urged to contact police.
