A man is fighting for life in hospital following a head‑on crash in the Somerset region.
Police say a Yamaha motorbike collided with a Nissan Navara dual cab ute on the D’Aguilar Highway at Moore around 11‑30 yesterday morning.
The rider — a 21‑year‑old Kingaroy man — was airlifted to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital with critical injuries.

The ute driver was not injured.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating, and police are urging anyone with information or dashcam footage to come forward.
