A woman had to be airlifted to hospital after her vehicle rolled when it hit a pothole in a rural area of Ipswich.
Emergency crews were called to Waters Road at Calvert around 3 yesterday afternoon.
It’s understood QFES crews had to cut the woman from the vehicle before paramedics could treat her for a chest injury.
Toowoomba based Lifeflight Surat Gas Aeromedical Service says a female patient, aged in her 30s, was flown to the PA Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
Six teenage boys were also treated by paramedics and taken to Ipswich Hospital,
It is believed that it happened while the group were heading to an afternoon sport activity.
