A man has suffered smoke inhalation following a house fire at Mount Hallan in the Somerset region overnight.
Queensland Fire and Emergency Service says fire crews arrived to find the Cambridge Drive property well involved at around 11:30pm.
It’s understood firefighters attacked the blaze from both sides to prevent it from spreading to nearby properties.

It was contained an hour later and completely out by around 2am.
Queensland Ambulance says paramedics treated a male patient before transporting them to the Esk Health Service in a stable condition.
Fire investigators will return to the scene later today.
