Police have launched an appeal to help locate a 35-year-old man missing from Ipswich.
Clayton Carter (pictured) was last seen leaving a health facility on Chelmsford Avenue on September 12 and has not been seen since.
It’s believed he may still be in the Ipswich area but may have travelled to Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast.

There’s concerns for his safety due to medical reasons.
Clayton is described as Caucasian around 180cm tall with brown shaggy hair.
Police are appealing for Clayton, or anyone with information regarding his whereabouts, to come forward.
