Police have launched an urgent appeal to find a 15 year old Logan girl, who has been missing for nearly a month.
The teen (pictured below) was last seen leaving a Flagstone on foot and has not been seen since October 6.
Police hold concerns for her welfare due to her age.

Officers believe she may be in or around the Jimboomba area.
She is described as slim build, approximately 164cm tall, with short dark hair with blonde tips, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a brown crop top and blue jeans.
Anyone with information is urged to contact police immediately.
