Police will prepare a report for the coroner following the death of an 18-year-old Ipswich man at the Currumbin Valley Rock Pools on the Gold Coast yesterday afternoon, October 15.
Emergency crews were called at approximately 4pm in relation to a swimmer who failed to resurface.
The man’s body was located by police divers in the water at approximately 8pm.
