An Ipswich man has been charged with attempted murder after he allegedly stabbed a sleeping man and poured petrol over him after breaking into a Brisbane home.
Police allege the 25-year-old from Camira entered the South Brisbane property at around 5:15am on Saturday.
It’s alleged he only stopped the attack when he was interrupted by another occupant in the home, before fleeing the scene.
