“We are holding an expression of interest campaign and this ends on the 31st of March.

This is basically to generate an interest from the market but the interest has been overwhelming,” he says.

Mr Novak says the owners Dan and Julie Bowden, who are extremely well known and regarded in the community, put the property up for sale to retire.

The heritage listed hotel features a bar, a restaurant, beer garden, 9 rooms for short and long term accommodation and more than 6500 square metres of land.
