24 Hours of Heroes
24 Hours of Heroes is a nationwide fitness and fundraising challenge bringing communities together to honour those who serve, and to support those who need help when life hits hardest.
Across Australia, gyms, trainers, and everyday people take part in a 24-hour physical challenge designed to test endurance, teamwork, and resilience. But the real challenge isn’t physical, it’s ensuring that the people who protect and serve our communities are never left without support in times of crisis.
Funds raised through 24 Hours of Heroes directly support those who give so much. Twenty percent (20%) of all funds raised are donated to first responder charities nationally, recognising the critical role played by police, firefighters, paramedics, and emergency services. The remaining funds go to Wounded Heroes Australia, helping veteran families facing financial hardship, homelessness, family and domestic violence, and emergency situations that cannot wait.
Wounded Heroes Australia provides 24/7 crisis support, delivering immediate assistance such as food, fuel, emergency accommodation, and urgent financial aid, with no government funding for this work.
Whether you’re a gym looking to get involved, a trainer wanting to lead a challenge, or someone who simply wants to make a difference, there’s a place for you in 24 Hours of Heroes.
