Toowoomba racing driver Will Power wants to see the iconic Indy Grand Prix return to the Gold Coast.
Power has thrown his support behind Premier Annastacia Palasczczuk’s campaign, to bring the marquee event back to the streets of Surfers Paradise in 2020.
In a statement, the Toowoomba champ says he’s almost won on every single track in the Indy-Car circuit, but a home victory would be the highlight of his career.
