Will ‘Power’s on with victory at the Detroit Indy Cars.

Toowoomba’s Will Power has taken out the Grand Prix Indy Car race, at the Belle Isle course in Detroit.

 

Power took the chequered flag less than a second in front of Simon Peganaud, after an action-packed race – the second of two in the so-called ‘Duel In Detroit’ Series.

 

The win is all the sweeter, because the Queenslander had been penalized twice in qualifying earlier this morning.
