Goodna’s footy squad are celebrating, after a gritty win over Brothers in the Ipswich Rugby League A-Grade qualifying final match at North Ipswich Reserve.
On the second day of semi-final action, the minor premiers earned themselves a week to rest-up, after securing a tough 38 – 28 victory over the blue and white powerhouse.

Meantime, the Reserve Grade Ipswich Jets have progressed to the second week of the Brisbane Rugby League Finals, with a 32 – 14 win over Easts Tigers.
