Will Power has claimed pole for the IndyCar series race in the US state of Wisconson, the 44th pole position of his career.
The Toowoomba local recorded an average speed of 227 kays an hour.
Second fastest was Scott Dixon and Tony Kanaan with start third. Simon Pagenaud leads the points table and will start in fourth on the grid.

Power took out the series in 2014 and is coming off his first victory of the season on June 5 at Detroit.
