Kiwi motor racing champ Richie Stanaway (pictured) will remain on the sidelines, when the Century Batteries Ipswich Supersprint gets underway later this month.
Stanaway has been dealing with a nerve impingement neck injury, since he pulled out of Winton in late-May.
Michael Caruso is expected to substitute for Stanaway, at the annual Supercars event at Queensland Raceway – Willowbank from next Friday.
