Ipswich’s Darrin Norwood is hoping to go one better, at next years World Masters Athletics Championships…after winning two silver and a bronze in the hammer throw recently in Perth.
The 37-year-old told the Q.T – although he was happy with what he achieved…he knows there’s more room for improvement.
