Nine Toowoomba players who lined up for Queensland at the Under-15’s National Hockey Championships, have returned home with medals.
Will Nielson and Bailey Rutledge won Gold with the Queensland Under-15 Boys Maroons team, beating Western Australia 3 – 1 in the Final.
While Tess Henare and Mekensie Herman won Bronze with the Under-15 girls team.

Jack Bergemann, Ryan Bidgood, Daniel Burge, Peppa Carter and Savannah Trapp also placed well in the championships.
