The Ipswich Jets were outsmarted by East Tigers in Saturday’s clash at North Ipswich Oval, going down 26-24 in a game that could so easily have gone the other way.
The Tigers first try of the day was scored, when The Jets players turned their back on what they thought…would be a kick for the sideline – but instead became a 60-metre try.
Then, two more tries to the visitors left The Jets with a 22-12 deficit at half time.
