New Brisbane Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner will today announce Jeff Horn as an ambassador for the Inas Global Games…the world’s largest sporting event for athletes with an intellectual disability.
The Brisbane-born champion boxer will join tennis great Pat Rafter, and Paralympian Daniel Fox as event custodians.
Brisbane will be the first Australian city to host the games, with more than 1000 athletes from 80 countries, planned to participate across ten sporting disciplines in October.
