The Brisbane Bandits got their Australian Baseball League title defence off to the best possible start at One-Hub Stadium last night, powering to a 5 – 3 victory over The Adelaide Bite in game one.
The win for The Bandits was the first in three attempts, when opening an A.B.L season at home against The Bite, and extends the overall record at Holloway Field to 14 – 6 in favour of the home side.
