It’s been announced the St.George Queensland Reds will head to the Western Darling Downs, to play the New South Wales Waratahs for a pre-season fixture next year.
Q.R.U Chief Executive, David Hanham says they’re pleased to play in Dalby, with two players with ties to the region including Harry Hoopert, who’s a proud Jondaryan product and played for the Dalby Wheatmen…and Hamish Stewart, who hails from Toowoomba.
The game, being the first in decade for the team, has been set down for January 24th.
