As the clouds rolled in over One Hub Stadium last night, The Brisbane Bandits had to endure a storm of their own…the Perth Heat offence.
The Heat jumped out to a quick start, putting some runs early on, while The Bandits made a valiant comeback effort, but fell just short…falling 9 runs to 5, after Perth sealed victory in the ninth innings.
Game two gets underway tonight from 6 p.m.
