Our Jets fought hard…but the Tigers stuck their claws in for the win.

A gutsy second half effort by the Ipswich Jets wasn’t enough to secure victory over the East Tigers in the Intrust Super Cup rugby league. 
The Jets went down 24 – 20 to Easts, keeping them in seventh spot on the ladder. 
The Tigers led all the way through the game…and at one stage, had the visitors down 24 – 6, before the Jets made a remarkable comeback to get within 4 points.

However, it wasn’t enough – giving Easts their second win of the season over Ipswich, who next week travel to Winton to take on the Townsville Blackhawks.
