Ipswich-born Allan Langer has joined good friend Wally Lewis, in being honoured with a statue outside Suncorp Stadium.
After more than 250 games for The Broncos and 34 for Queensland, with the unveiling of the statue by Sports Minister and Springwood M.P Mick De Brenni and rugby league immortal ‘King Wally’…our ‘Alfie’ becomes the fifth player to be immortalised in bronze.
