Notable race caller lobbies for the trots to return in Toowoomba.

A prominent horse racing advocate has begun a campaign, to see harness racing return to Toowoomba.

Darling Downs Harness Racing Club President and Sky Racing caller, Anthony Collins (pictured), says a lack of T.A.B racing for the code in the Garden City, is a missed opportunity.

He told the A.B.C…the city hasn’t had harness race meets for 15 or 16 years, and it’s a massive kick in the guts for the industry.
