Toowoomba’s Under-13 girls have been pipped at the post in the Hockey State Championships, falling to Brisbane 5-0, despite being undefeated through to the finals.
Toowoomba earned its spot in the final, after a narrow 2-1 victory over Cairns.
Meantime, the Toowoomba Under-13 boys finished fourth in Division One yesterday, going down Mackay…but in Division 3, Toowoomba defeated Redland 3-0, giving them promotion to Division Two.
