In local footy last night…Marsden State High School scored an historic first win on their new home-field, after beating Wavell State High, 34 to 24 in the Langer Cup schoolboy rugby league.
Marsden scored two late tries, to cement a come-from-behind victory.
Tyrone Sau and Colin Tui scored the match winners in the final five minutes of play.
