A local Ipswich man could be among the world’s top umpires..at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games and Tokyo Olympics in 2020…if all goes to plan.
This year, Steve Rogers officiated at the World Hockey League Tournament in Singapore over ten days, umpiring games between Thailand, Singapore, China and Bangladesh.
