Toowoomba’s Georgie Friedrichs, (pictured left) has been named in the Australian squad, for the start of the I.R.B Women’s World Series Sevens in Dubai.
Ms.Friedrichs starred at last weekend’s Australian Championships in Adelaide..taking out ‘player of the tournament’, which pushed her case for selection.

Meantime, fellow Toowoomba talent Emilee Cherry, (pictured right) was also named for the side, to take on the Dubai Sevens in early December.
