With the Rio Olympics fast approaching…one Ipswich sportswoman faces the challenge of a lifetime.
Weight-lifter Erika Ropati-Frost from Redbank Plains was Australia’s only female representative in the sport for the games..starting in early August.
However, the National Champion has suffered a setback, after sustaining unexpected back and knee injuries.

Ms.Ropati-Frost has told the Q.T – she will now have to work even harder, if she’s to qualify and head to Rio.
Erika has one last-ditch opportunity to make the team, at the Oceania Championships in Fiji, later next month.
