Toowoomba wheelchair racer, Sam Carter, will now have to wait to see if he’s been selected for the Rio Paralympics, after finishing 11th during latest round of qualifying.
Carter failed to improve on his previous T.54 men’s 100 metre competition, with a time of 14.82 seconds at the Paralympic Grand Prix event in Switzerland.
