Ipswich Discus champ Darrin Norwood..says he plans to throw everything into his world titles campaign.
Ahead of the championships in Perth later this year, the multi-talented sportsman says he’ll be sticking to a strict no junk food, no alcohol diet..as well as training.

He also says he plans to grow back his trade mark beard, so he’s in the right mind-set.
