Coolana hockey talent prepares to ‘stick’ it to them in Goulburn.

For the past six years, Somerset hockey player Adriana Silcock (pictured) has represented Queensland across seven tournaments, at the national indoor hockey titles.

But next week, she’s looking forward to the challenge of playing in the state’s Open Women’s squad, for the first time.

The 22-year-old from Coolana has competed in under-18’s and under-21’s teams, and has told The Gatton Star…she’s now preparing herself for the expertise and experience of the open teams, at the Australian Indoor Hockey Festival, being held in Goulburn over 3 days next week.
