World number 8 and local girl Ash Barty is preparing to open her campaign at the French Tennis Open.
With an incredible start to the season, Ms.Barty will take on America’s Jess Pergula first, before a tricky draw in the quarters…seeded to play Serena Williams and Naomi Osaka.
While many are tipping her as a contender, Ash says she doesn’t look to far ahead…and can only focus on her next match.
