Bandits prove too hot for Blue Sox in a scorching 10 innings battle.

Fans at Holloway Field sweltered from the first pitch until the tenth inning, to witness a dramatic 6-5 victory for The Brisbane Bandits over The Sydney Blue Sox, in a heated game four at One Hub Stadium yesterday afternoon.

Bandits coach Dave Nilsson coached from the third base line during the tenth, but he wasn’t out in the evening sun for too long, before Andrew Campbell smashed a single into centre field, to send the crowd and The Bandits dug-out into delirium.
