A six-wicket haul from Steve O’Keefe has put Australia in a dominant position, leading India by 298 runs heading into day three of the first Test in Pune.
The hosts were skittled for 105 in the first innings, with the Aussies reaching 4 for 143 in reply at stumps.
O’Keefe says coach Darren Lehmann helped him bounce back, after struggling in the morning session, by not being afraid to tap him on the shoulders and “tell it like it is” between sessions.
