The Brisbane Bandits made it 4-zip over the visiting Perth Heat last night, to give their home fans a great end-of-season treat.
It came down to the bottom of the ninth for the Bandits, but Kevin Padlo came up with the goods, with a walk-off home run to give the locals a tight 9 – 8 win.
That meant a series sweep over the Heat for the Bandits, who have now ended their regular season home games.

They head off to Canberra this weekend, for the final games in the 10-series season…then comes the Finals, with the Bandits comfortably in the 4…but well behind ladder leaders, the Melbourne Aces.
