Victorian truckie nicks Mack tipper

A middle-aged man has stolen a white 2013 Mack tipper truck from his bosses and may now be working cash-in-hand jobs on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula, police say.

The truck, with the licence plate BOSSGP, was stolen on January 28 and was seen getting fuel at Ravenswood.

Police are searching for a man in his 50s and believe the truck may now be in the Mornington or Rosebud area.
