It's not 'fiction', it's officially 'on the books'...a new library for Springfield.

Plans for the Ipswich City Council's new library at Springfield rolled off the drawing board yesterday.
The $5 million facility will cover two levels, with a basement car-park and access for after-hours returns.
It's been designed in a "market style" presentation of a popular book - with public access computers, a children's space and parents' room - as well as events, customer service and administration areas.
It's expected to be completed by July next year.
