Take the time today...to ask someone: 'R U O.K' ?

It's R.U O.K Day today - a day to reach out to someone who may be struggling with life.
With over 3000 Australians dying by suicide each year, today is also a good reminder to think about how you might be able to step in early, to help a friend or colleague in need.
The University Of Southern Queensland will be amongst many organisations..running activities to help raise awareness of mental health issues.
And if you need help, contact Beyond Blue on 1300 22 46 36, or Lifeline on 131 114.
