IPSWICH LOCALS "LOVE EKKA CHEESE TOASTIES"

You have to hit the Ekka for one of the best melted cheese toasties - and many Ipswich locals don't have a problem travelling to Brisbane for that tasty treat.

River 949's Andrew Collins caught up with Simone and Justin from Bundamba who just can't resist the $2.00 Toasties on offer at the EKKA.

Justine says it's the taste of the cheese melting in her mouth that makes this exhibit one of the first they target each year.

The couple says it's well worth the trip from Bundamba to Brissy to make a day of it.
