Teen stabbed in home invasion at Mt Lofty

A  teenage girl has been stabbed in the stomach after she disturbed an intruder at her Mount Lofty home on the weekend.
Police say it happened after the 15-year-old - who was left home alone - confronted the intruder at the Windemere Terrace address around 8:30am yesterday.
The police dog squad were called in to try locate the person but were unsuccessful.  
Anyone with information is urged Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
