MILLMERRAN SCHOOL: Twenty-four treated following a hazmat incident

Toowoomba Ambulance says a number of students had to be treated following a possible hazardous materials incident at a Darling Downs High School this morning
Senior Operations Supervisor Glen Barron says they were called to the incident around 11am..
"We were called to attend Millmerran High school for an incident involving a number of children. 
They were affected by gases from a science project or science experiment.
There was about 24 patients we dealt with .. most were asystematic ..there was a couple that were affected and taken to Millmerran Health".
Firies have since given the school the all clear after no chemicals were detected during atmospheric testing.
