Ipswich business ready for mall redevelopment

Ipswich City Square Newsagents owner says she can't wait for the redevelopment of the mall to begin.
Construction on the $150 million dollar upgrade is expected to start in the second half of the year and will take two years to complete. 
It includes plans to open up the mall to the river, relocation of the library and a lagoon-style water feature.
