A Perth man has died after contracting the coronavirus aboard the Diamond Princess cruise ship docked off Japan.
The 78-year-old was transferred back to Australia and receiving treatment at Sir Charles Gardiner hospital in Perth, but died early this morning.
The man's wife has also tested positive for the illness.
