In another case of animal neglect, the Department Of Agriculture & Fisheries has received reports of 15 emaciated horses at another Toowoomba property.
14 of the equines are claimed to be are former-racehorses, with five still listed as 'active' with Racing Australia.
A Bio-Security Queensland spokesman confirmed they have been investigating the reports, but have not yet visited the property.
It comes after 22 animals, including former-racehorses, were found dead on a Toowoomba property last month.
